GASTRONOMY IN ANDORRA

Andorra, in addition to its excellent ski resorts such as Grandvalira and Pas de la Casa, has many other attractions. One of them is its excellent food. The traditional Andorran mountain building is called a borda. In the past, these bordas were just places that were inhabited by livestock and used to store grain. They are no longer used for this purpose and they’ve been restored and decorated to house typical Andorran restaurants. There are about 25 bordas and all of them provide excellent food made from on high-quality products.
